The following policy in regards to t-shirts or mugs purchased from the Design Seeds Shop.

Please allow at least 24 business hours for a response.

Business hours are 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday (central time).

Please note: Inquiries should be made via the contact form on the Design Seeds Website. If you have questions about a return, please only contact us via our website. All other methods of communication (Instagram comments, direct messaging, Facebook comments, etc) are not monitored, and your message will be missed. Thank you for understanding.

 


Our Policy:

All Seeds Studio & ROB.BOT exclusive goods sold on the Design Seeds site are printed and shipped by a California based fulfillment company. Due to their handling and processing returns, we share the following policy:

Returns for defective, misprinted, or damaged goods will be honored. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt regarding these claims.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Reasons For Returns:

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Returned by Customer – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for wrong orders being placed. Examples of wrong orders are, but not limited to: wrong size, item, color, etc. Size exchanges are not offered.

We are not liable for any orders lost in transit.

All returns must be verified prior to you making the return shipment per guidelines stated above by contacting us via the Design Seeds site contact form.
