The following return policy is for Seeds Studio products (mugs & prints) purchased from the Seeds Shop.
Please note: Inquiries should be made exclusively via the contact form here on the Design Seeds site. All other methods of communication (Instagram & Facebook comments, etc) are unreliable, and your message will be missed. Thank you for understanding!
We want to you to love your order as much as we 🖤 color, so we accept returns for all defective, misprinted, or damaged goods. For packages lost in transit, claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order regarding these claims.

Wrong Address – If an address is provided that is considered insufficient by the courier, the package(s) will be returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs on orders providing the wrong address.
Unclaimed – For packages that go unclaimed are returned to our our fulfillment facility, customers are responsible for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer – As our products and prints are custom made for each individual’s order, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for wrong orders being placed. Examples of wrong orders are, but not limited to : ordering the wrong size, item, color, etc. Due to custom fulfillment of each order, exchanges are not offered.
All returns need to be verified prior to shipping.
