The following return policy is in regard to Seeds Studio products (mugs & prints) purchased from the Seeds Shop.
Please note: Inquiries should be made exclusively via the contact form here on the Design Seeds site. If you have questions about a return, please only contact us via our website. All other methods of communication (Instagram & Facebook comments, etc) are not reliable, and your message will be missed. Thank you for understanding!
We want to you to love your order like we ❤ color … & so we accept returns for all defective, misprinted, or damaged goods. For packages lost in transit, claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order regarding these claims.

Wrong Address – If an address is provided that is considered insufficient by the courier, the package(s) will be returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs on orders providing the wrong address.
Unclaimed – For packages that go unclaimed are returned to our our fulfillment facility, customers are responsible for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer – As our products and prints are custom made for each individual’s order, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for wrong orders being placed. Examples of wrong orders are, but not limited to : ordering the wrong size, item, color, etc. Due to custom fulfillment of each order, exchanges are not offered.
We are not liable for any orders lost in transit.
All returns must be verified prior to you making the return shipment per guidelines stated above by contacting us via the Design Seeds site contact form.
Although we strive for a prompt response, please allow 24 business hours for a reply.
