Launched in May of 2009, the success and longevity of Seeds is in great thanks to incredibly loyal readers and followers. I am humbled to still be welcoming new folks discovering Design Seeds ... for all who love color.
Design Seeds has been featured in prominent publications including USA Today, MTV Fora, HGTV, the Better Homes & Gardens magazine, Apartment Therapy, Smashing Magazine, and The Huffington Post. I've been included as Mashable's #3 of the 21 leading online influencers in their "must-follow Pinterest users" list, as well as having been named one of Refinery29's top 10 Pinterest influencers.

Welcome to the newest chapter in my color loving Design Seeds life :)

Professionally, I have moved on to an in-house position ... but have kept this archive accessible for all who love color.
- graduating from the College for Creative Studies with a BFA in Industrial Design
- working as a designer at Ford, Reebok, and Timberland
- going rogue and starting a design consultancy in 2009
- launching Design Seeds, a color and inspiration site, in May of 2009
- said color & inspiration goes viral, receiving 1-2 million pageviews per month for the next decade, while I gain over 1.5 million followers across social
- blogging, social media'ing, & working with some cool clients
- with the wild and changing interwebs, Design Seeds operating costs (and the overall effects of the pandemic) necessitated moving to the current platform and archiving previous inspiration
- while Design Seeds was on hiatus ... I continued working with more cool clients, volunteering at our local Historical Society, and producing not-for-profit Drag / LGBTQ+ events
